West Area Charity Assault Course Challenge
On Sunday 6th April 1997, the challenge to tackle the Army assualt course at Whittington Barracks, near Lichfield, in aid of charity was undertaken by members of 18 Plus, Mid West Area.
Forty one members from Groups across the Area attempted the course of walls, ropes, nets and then a short run to a paintball target shooting.
The charities to benefit were St. Giles Hospice and County Air Ambulance.
