Lincs Quest Charity Quiz 2018
Held on 4 March 2018 at Blundell Park Hotel, Grimsby
We had a good (if not somewhat) cold night last night at our Charity Quiz and Chips Evening. It was great to welcome members from Solihull, Lichfield and Leeds Groups to this event, raising funds for Guide Dogs for the Blind. We had 8 teams competing for the honour of first place. After 3 rounds, we 'pawsed' for chip butties , followed by cake, before resuming proceedings. Sharon, Clive, Geoff and Linda took the honours for Lincs Quest, with Lichfield/Leeds placed a respectable third. The Lucky Pup name-card was drawn which Deborah was delighted to win (puppy name, Opal). A grand £105 was raised in total. Thank you to everybody who came and supported this event and who took part in the name card. Look forward to seeing you at the next one!
