Many moons ago the beggars of Romsey, Hampshire were given a license by the council to bring some sort of regulation to their profession. So in homage to these days the town now hosts a festival once a year.

Around twenty venues across town host bands, artists, dance and street entertainment as Romsey comes alive!

We love this event and go every year!
